He already has such precious memories with this man he has known for a lifetime..and yet at the same time only a couple weeks.

But those words also sting because there is truth in them. Would he not also feel a little jealous if this kind of moment was had with the other version of himself and the Lan Wangji of his world? He can't be selfish and jealous..it wouldn't be fair. Would he be so willing to let the other enjoy this kind of moment without questioning it?
