He tries to stay awake to listen to as much of it as he can. But the sound is soothing and he allows himself to drift a little. He feels that movement of his hair, a small smile coming to the corner of his lips even while in sleep's grasp.

The room is warm but the humming is like a cool breath washing over him and cooling him, settling any unease in his mind or heart or body.
