"We have to be smarter than this," his face shows looks thoughtful, though there's hints of irritation. March had so much more information than they did, and he was using it to play them all from different angles. What they needed, was better ways to communicate and share what information they had. "March told me about the rules here," he explained, "but only told you about the consequences. From what I can tell though, we've already broken most of them, but they're either not enforcing it right away, or they have to catch us at it."
