He doesn't like it, but Lan Zhan is right, and he has a feeling Lan Zhan is just as frustrated by it as he is. Their biggest obstacle is how little information they have, and how hard it is to obtain information that is reliable. Getting things from March was a mixed bag, and it couldn't be counted on, the staff were tight-lipped about anything that wasn't strictly hotel business, and they only had the few words directly from the queen's mouth.

March had said he'd show up where the trouble was, maybe if they planned something big enough, they could lure him out? But if they did, what then? Without their power at full strength, could they stop him? Capture him? That sort of trickery wasn't exactly his specialty.

"So, focus on learning what we can, without overstepping the rules," he sighs, "for now."
