What kind of punishments? I've heard a little about one of her enforcers, but not much about any actual punishing. [She's been interested in finding out more about that so she can decide how far she wants to step over the line or whether she wants to save attempts for times it's very worth the punishment. She prefers to be able to think about this sort of thing in advance.]

I have to admit I have trouble seeing the point of giving us the power teas, though, unless she thinks they'll make us grateful for the help. Giving us advantages, even temporarily, seems suspect when she took those from us in the first place.
