[This is going to be a complicated problem. And as someone who hasn't had the easiest life, his point of view on political things can be quite skewed. But he considers the question.]
You would hope that there could be both. Sometimes peace can't happen unless there is justice. But justice is dependent upon who is carrying it out..and sometimes their view of justice is going to differ from someone else and then there won't be peace. What I say is just, is going to be different from what others say and that breeds conflict.
So..I would say peace. Because peace is equal for all. Everyone can enjoy things during peace. But again, that's just my view and you might see those things in a different light then I do based on your experiences.
