The answer does little to calm his worry. If Wei Wuxian was supposed to act as distraction for Lan Zhan, then it left few options for the outcome. Either he'd successfully drawn the enemy away from Lan Wangji, but been caught and... drugged, maybe? Or their plan had failed, and Lan Zhan had been caught as well.
