Lan Wangji releases his lantern and watches it float to the sky. Along with the other lanterns, they become bright dots as they set in their flight toward the nightsky, joining the moon and stars. He said a silent prayer and wish from his heart as he felt his own heart and soul cleanse from the event, his heart is full of love for him.

"The night and the stars are beautiful. Just like you. I see the stars and moon in your eyes." He smiles gently and then takes his hand, his now husband's hand, and his heartbeat begin to flutter.
