you want to hear it? well —
ONLY, MY SECRET'S MINE, AND I WON'T TELL
The garden may no longer be available upon return to the hotel, but there is still a bustle of energy. How fortunate all the Oysters are, to reside in such a renowned place! It's a great honor for those in Wonderland to be granted opportunity to teach their skills or ply their trade here, and the Queen permits only the best. Hotel staff themselves seem to delight in the presence of the traveling merchants. Many trade teas or favors for enchanted items, and will eagerly discuss their purchases. "Oh, it happens regularly enough," they will say if asked, "but you never know if the merchant you liked or the item you eyed will be back next time!"
The talk lingers after the guest instructors and merchants have departed, but it isn't the only thing left behind. Glimmers of green may catch your eye, tucked away in hidden places that seem almost impossible to reach without drawing attention to yourself. Those who manage it will find a scrap of heavy paper with a drawing of a stylized caterpillar, a series of numbers, and the words call a friend.
Are you curious enough to input the numbers into your Empathy? It will ring, if you do, until an answering machine picks up and asks a single question — How doth the little crocodile improve his shining tail? Do you dare leave a message? What will it be? Whatever you decide, the call will disconnect after a few minutes. It seems the only thing you can do now is wait for a call back.
But of course, the hotel is not in the habit of allowing such a thing as idle waiting. Her Royal Highness has noticed that some of her beloved Oysters seem quite reluctant to partake of the many splendors that the hotel provides, and she will be offering a special treat — indulgence.
QUEEN'S GAMES
8/12 - 8/22
What's more fun to indulge in than a little healthy competition? It's time for the Queen's Games, a truly dazzling spectacle. Competitors come from all over Wonderland, and this year for the first time ever, Oysters are invited to join! Announcements for the games schedule will be posted all throughout the hotel, along with directions on how to register to join.
The games will be held in either the pool area or the gym, which seems to have expanded to accommodate the number of spectators. Available games include:
Of course, even the games that Oysters are familiar with may not be quite the same. Chess in Wonderland is a team sport, for example, with each member of the team filling a role as a chess piece and a coach as a strategist directing the plays. Attempting to capture one of the other team's pieces includes having to successfully win a fight against them. Gymnastics and diving competitors include growing and shrinking in size to their routines, ice sculptures come to life when they've been completed, artistic swimmers and ice skaters change costumes and swap partners in the blink of an eye.
If they're lucky, Oysters may find one of the competitors willing to show them the ropes. If they're even luckier, or more persistent, there may be a spot or two open on one of the teams that Oysters can slot themselves into. For the most part, team members will be delighted to have Oysters there.
"You all just feel so much," one may say, sounding a little awed.
"Show off those emotions, it'll get us points," another will add.
Although competitors are friendly, with Osyters and with each other, it's clear that most of them are here to win. Rivalries may flare up throughout the month, ex-lovers may be reunited and broken up again, infighting may spark among the teams — all things that can be soothed or exacerbated, for Oysters who may have inclinations towards utilizing such things to increase their chances of winning.
Or to fan the flames of drama for its own sake.

THE CALL
8/16
Starting in the early morning hours and continuing late into the night, any who left a message will get a call back.
Those who completed the poem will be greeted immediately by a friendly male voice, with an apology for the delay. "Ugh, our lines are backed up like crazy," the caller will say. "Where are you reporting in from?"
Those who somehow identified themselves as an Oyster, as residing in the hotel, from off world, being held by the Queen, or otherwise potentially against the Queen, will have their call returned by a cold female voice, guarded and wary.
"Show me your Oyster mark," the caller will request. "We can't risk giving you anything without proof."
Regardless of which caller contacts them, anyone who cooperates will receive similar information.
The friendly caller will readily provide assurances that the resistance base was not found, despite Mad March and the Order's attempt at reconnaissance in the old kingdom.
"Can't say much more than that over these channels, you know, but worry not! Everyone is safe. We have a follow up from the last mission — sorry about the air conditioning, you know, couldn't be helped — you ready for this? Keycodes. Access keycodes. Didn't get more than a handful, of course, and the intel is vague about what they access. Are we glad to get your call! How about it, you ready to try one out and see what information you can get?"
The guarded caller will allude to the Order not being able to find what they wanted out in the ruins.
"Did you think they took you out there to show you the sights? They're looking for us, obviously. No I'm not going to tell you more than that — just because you're an Oyster doesn't mean we can completely trust you. All right, look. Last time we broke into the hotel, we recovered a few access codes. We had to get out of there before we could find out what they accessed. How about a trade? We give you the code, you call us back and tell us what you find."

INDULGENCE
8/13 - 8/23
Throughout the event, there will be a number of activities available alongside the games designed to encourage unwinding. A concert set up in the hotel lobby will kick off the start of the games, at which indulgence teas will be made available for the first time. They will continue to be served readily at all hours of the day. Enhanced spa facilities will be made available as well — dazzling pedicures and manicures with nail polish that can do anything from change colors based on your mood to emit light so bright it can function as a flashlight; makeup that gives you a kiss that will literally stun the recipient; aromatherapy that will cure any kind of hangover; oils that double as aphrodisiacs, for those interested; healing massages that will take away your aches and pains, wiping away any bruises or injuries with no questions asked. A clean slate, ready to indulge again.
Then, of course, there are the less official activities. Whispers will begin to spread about another kind of competition being run after hours, when all good competitors should be sleeping. No one quite knows who's running it — one person heard it was the coach of one of the chess teams, eager to get her players extra practice; another heard it was one of the chess players themselves; still another will say it is an ice skater, a flamingo pilot, a gymnast. After all, it hardly matters, does it, as long as it runs, and there is a fight every night? Oysters are welcomed into this competition as well, where the only rule is not to kill your opponent. Teas of all kinds exchange hands as bets are placed on the fights, and the champion is rumored to receive a truly spectacular prize.
If fighting is not to your speed, fear not. All of the competitors seem to have different ways to unwind after the games are completed for the day, and all are happy to allow Oysters to indulge in attending the various get-togethers and parties they host. The knight on one of the chess teams has the most renowned wine collection, and he's brought some of his finest with him to be enjoyed alongside cheeses and poetry. One of the swimmers is a passionate musician, and has recruited anyone who can play an instrument to discuss musical theory and play together. A croquet player is known for hosting the wildest parties, with free-flowing moonshine and sips of ecstacy tea readily available. There is a flamingo pilot with a book club, an archer who is a fabulous chef, a diver who is a skilled debater with a wicked tongue — whatever you like to indulge in, chances are, someone's throwing a party for it.
The games will end on the 23rd, with a roaring celebration of all who participated in the competition. The pool area will be taken over for the farewell party, with music, food, alcohol, and dancing available. It is here that the winners of the competitions will be announced, and prizes will be awarded.

Characters can use the keycodes to access areas and cause distractions from the 16th through the 23rd — and beyond, but after the final party they may no longer have an easy excuse. If you wish to have your character compete in one of the competitions for the prizes, you can sign up here! Winners will be RNGed.

Wei Wuxian | Mo Dao Zu Shi
Wei Wuxian often goes back to his room just because he knows the teas and gifts show up in it. And what he found one morning was that his bedroom had completely changed and was now significantly larger! As he is about to explore it he hears a familiar sound and runs to the opening.
"LiL APPLE! I've missed you!" He runs towards the donkey who seems equally as excited to see him after having arrived in such a bizarre place. There is a collision and a lot of noise for several minutes as the two become reacquainted. Finally he decides to take him out and show him the hotel.
The hotel is much busier then normal which makes everything fun. Unfortunately it will take a little work to show him that since the donkey seems very adamant about NOT going on the elevator. Wei Wuxian doesn't blame him of course..he didn't like the box either. But after some coaxing and the promise of many apples, the donkey finally steps into the box and...well when they finally get to the bottom it is clear that it was a pretty terrible trip and both of them stumble out of it looking rather unkempt.
"Okay..we will find an alternate route back upstairs." He wonders if donkeys can climb stairs..
Leading him through the noisy lobby, it is clear that some mistakes have been make and perhaps he shouldn't have attempted this. Lil' Apple is overwhelmed and braying his head off at everyone. "Let's just get you some food.."
He hurries him towards the food area and as away from all the chaos as he can.
II. The Call
At the mention of the ruins, Wei Wuxian wanted to press further but the caller didn't really want to give them too much. He wanted to ask about the kind and their soldiers but perhaps he could be granted that information after he gets what they need. He agrees to the terms and accepts the keycode. After hanging up he stuffs the information in his robes and heads downstairs.
A. Avoidance
He knows that he should find someone to help him, but he also knows that using this code is likely to get him into trouble again. And the last things he wants is to get anyone else in that kind of a trouble. He sneaks off through the halls hoping to avoid everyone and take on this mission himself.
B. Lost and confused
Wei Wuxian has found that his shake shifting ability has become permanent and that has made him very excited to use it as much as he can. But that also means he used it to try and sneak around with the keycode. And it seems that has a very odd side effect now. Wei Wuxian finds himself in the corner of the hotel, wandering aimlessly with a rather lost and blank expression in his eyes. It appears he doesn't have any idea where he is and doesn't remember how he got there.
III. Indulgence
He doesn't really understand everything that is going on at the hotel but he does appreciate the fact that everyone seems very excited about everything. And usually he would avoid the teas in the lobby and other areas of the hotel but this time he suddenly realizes he is drinking it before he can stop himself. Immediately he gets caught up in everything and realizes that he wants to try..all of it.
A. Aprho Oil
He listens to the talk about the oil and how it can truly bring your body alive with his abilities. He is curious and spreads a little bit on his hand. He reaches up and sniffs it wondering if it might be aroma therapeutic but the first things he notices is that it certainly makes a part of him feel alive. He reaches out and places his hand against the wall as a warmth moves through his body. He is currently in the spa which is luckily a very quiet place..except not quiet enough. He licks his lips as he looks around feeling around, smiling flirtatiously at the staffers. "Does anyone here like to play games?"
B. Wine and Cheese
When Wei Wuxian heard there was wine, of course he was going to check it out! He happily bounced along after the coach and is already many glasses in to trying every single wine that the man brought with him. Which means he is already quite drunk and enjoying conversation with everyone around him. "Hasn't this been the wildest week at the hotel? Who knew they could have so much fun!"
C. Ecstasy
He doesn't know why he has decided to engage in everything, indulge in everything..but on yet a different night he has come to a different party. This one once again had some very strong liquor flowing so he was already quiet plastered when someone hands him another form of drug. He doesn't understand it at first but suddenly he is feeling very...good. He wobbles at first and feels that pleasant feelings flowing through him. Suddenly he becomes very clingy, draping himself over everyone at the party, talking very close to their ear and engaging in all forms of conversation. Discussing things he probably normally wouldn't to just anyone. Are people always so forth coming about what happens behind closed doors with the lights off? But he feels free and as he bounces from person to person he isn't afraid to show his affections and strike up a conversation about anything.
D. Fight Club
As soon as he heard there was a secret fight club, Wei Wuxian was there. How could he not? He has a lot of pent up aggression and all he has to do is think that the person on the other end of his firsts is the Mad March and there will be no stopping him. He might not be the biggest fighter but he has always known how to throw a punch. Just ask Jin Zixuan's face. And so round after round goes by and Wei Wuxian's confidence grows with each match he wins. He is practically bouncing with excitement at this point as the next person comes up. "You think you can win? Let the Yiling Laozu show you some real fight moves."
IV. After Party
Wei Wuxian is almost exhausted as he reaches the end of the week. Competitions, Parties, Alcohol...just what exactly has been giving him so much energy? But he made it and he has had some of the craziest times. He doesn't remember a lot of it but he is ready for one last big party before he sleeps for days.
Taking a glass of wine that he isn't entirely sure his liver can really handle after the last few days, he hops up to the first familiar face he sees and raises his glass.
"A toast?"

Jet Link | OTA
Jet certainly had a competitive streak, even he couldn't deny that. So while he was trying not to get too involved in the hotel's activities, the temptation to give into that streak and let off some steam he knew he had building up proved too much.
Others might run into him at the archery range where his aim was pretty spot-on, though he doubted he'd be anywhere good enough to actually win the thing. His specialty was guns and, while he knew how to shoot a bow, he'd hardly call himself an expert. Having his HUD for his accuracy and angle analysis probably didn't hurt, though.
Jet also tried his hand at the flamingo flying, though it paled in comparison to actually being able to fly himself, it gave enough of that rush to satiate the need to take to the air that was near-constant.
Of all the things he competed in, though, ice skating was the one he did the best at, ridiculous costume and all. The usually more rough persona Jet held around him seemed to melt away on the ice as he moved with grace and precision that spoke of experience and more than a little knowledge of dancing under his belt. Without the avenue of flight to make himself feel better under stress, the chance to fly across the ice, partner or no partner, put him more at ease than anything else in the hotel had so far. Though, anyone who might have caught him coming off the ice to speak to him would likely be met with a flushed face and more than a little embarrassment.
The Call
He knew the rhyme. Not for their resistance, but from old and long-dusty memories. The call had gone well enough, he supposed, but now the late hour and voice promising a sliver of hope had him restless and walking around. Things were quieter so late (or maybe early, he hadn't checked), especially with all the commotion going on right now. It was perfect for thinking, for going over his options. Should he try and team up with someone to see if they could learn something? Should he go-it alone? If he went alone, no one else ran the risk of getting caught with him.
If he went with someone...would it feel right or wrong for not being his team? Did he even have a right to miss them right now when he hadn't been working with them in so long? Why was this always the trap his thoughts fell into at godawful in the morning?
Finding an unobtrusive place to sit, Jet let his face fall into his hands with a sigh, thoughts jumbled and no one he trusted like that yet to bounce them off of.
Indulgence
Jet didn't need to try the weird (and probably gross) teas to indulge in certain things. He had plenty of reservations about what the hotel offered, but competition, fighting, and some quieter activities that jived with his interests back home were hard to resist.
Fight Club
As much fun as the other parts of the competition were, the fight club was the best part. This was more his speed and felt a lot like being a kid again, gang at his back, enemy to his front, fists raised and uncaring if a lip got split or nose broken. Some part of his mind sounded suspiciously like Doctor Gilmore when it reminded him there weren't any synthskin patches lying around for him, his fluids couldn't so easily be replaced, and his punch probably hit a lot harder than some other guys due to his metal skeletal system...but Jet was very good at ignoring Gilmore even when the Doc was around, his phantom self could buzz right off. He needed this.
"Come on, then, let's do this."
Music
He was thankful the musician had some instruments he was willing to let others play. Jet loved his harmonica, but it was nothing compared to the feeling of a guitar in his hands. He made sure the thing was tuned and sounded right before starting in on the chords of an old classic he'd always liked. If anyone were to join him or come close enough to draw his attention, he'd look up with a smile and a gesture for them to come in closer.

Lan Wangji | mdzs | ota
Lan Wangji, known for his stoicism and difficulty to find fun in anything, surprisingly has a minor competitive streak beneath his cold, stony expression and attitude. He's all for good sportsmanship and playing by the rules and he does his best to stay focus and determined to win.
Archery: he is very skilled at. While it was a very long time ago where he won fourth place in the archery contest, his arrows hits the targets accurately with few misses and close to the bullseye. Otherwise, it's straightforward.
Croquet: He found the game odd but easy to get into. A whole afternoon easily passed by. Not hard to hit the ball through the hoops while everyone else is having tea and cakes watching the game
Chess: learning the rules of the game takes a very long while for him to learn and get used to, but the team's coach lends him a knight costume and the coach sure does yell a lot if he made a misstep on the checkered field and made the wrong move. Given the costume and a flat wooden toy sword, he's on the field, but he plays this game clumsily because he doesn't get the strategy of it all, but he tries to win by capturing the pieces or whoever is roleplaying the opposition pieces on the field to obtain a "checkmate".
"Stand still, I'm trying to capture you." And the idea of fighting, Lan Wangji is going to chase after you in a game of tag.
Ice skating: He doesn't bother to compete for victory, but he does make the crowd go ooh and ahh with his elegant costume that is given for the show. Hopefully, nobody recognized him dressing up like a white fluffy graceful swan with it's long neck and beak, crystal blue glass eyes as a head gear mask in the get-up. He felt ridiculous, but honestly, he felt graceful when he just skates across the ice and pretends he's a swan. As for the musical number, they told him he's skating to the classical number, "Swan Lake." It's a crowd pleaser and the audience claps in delight after the show.
II. Fight Club
His stoicism and cool indifference is a really a mask to hide the impatience, the irritation, and the stress from everything. When he heard of a hidden fight club that runs late at night. Normally, he's a pacifists and he doesn't care to fight, but he needs to vent out his frustration physically.
But the guy he's after or probably a few several were on his hit list. After all, he recognized them for flirting with his fiancé and his twin in the nightclub. He never forgets. His honor is not going to let it slide.
All bets and teas are off as Lan Wangji is set on the war-path fighting in the ring for his duel. Fueled by jealousy and pettiness to obtain his revenge. He doesn't want drama, but he wanted a fight to settle the score to teach the other guy a lesson, and he does so without saying a word at all.
III. Ice Sculpture
Is this considered a sport? Wearing a thick coat and gloves, using the tools to carve and hammer, he sculpts rabbits, flowers and hearts into the ice blocks. There's no skill needed. Each time he finished and completed a piece, clumsy in appearance, the rabbits comes to life in all breeds and size, the hearts becomes colored heart-shaped balloons flying toward the sky, and the flowers become real bouquets. He finds this activity stress-relieving and of all the sports, he plays this in every match, everyday, even if the activity is cold.
It's the perfect calm artistic creative activity to keep his mind off the bruises and black eye that decorated his skin and face from fighting in the fight club the nights before, licking his wounds, and find the time to recover.

Mu | Saint Seiya | ota
Archery and croquet comes easy for him, he finds them relaxing. Those games has easy rules. He was trained in bows and arrows back him in Sanctuary along with many other weapons as a soldier of the Goddess Athena. Those are other games too, but he can be seen playing those. Shooting the arrows and using the mallet to hit the balls through the hoops on a nice afternoon day.
Chess, there isn't much he can do other than playing the pawn and wearing a costume to resemble a pheasant avoid getting capture. He's more curious of the rules of the game, and how to play. Fortunately, being an easy piece to capture, he's out of the game soon enough...if he can be captured, he can run really fast to avoid being captured as a piece.
Flamingo flying race, he learns quickly from the instructors in how to operate and fly the vehicle. If anything, he's becoming a good flamingo pilot as he enjoys riding and steering the vehicle. He impressed the others, that he was invited to a flamingo race around the property, so piloting the mechanical bird, he's race the others in the competition.
II. Fight Club
Mu is used to stronger fighters. Back home at the sanctuary, those fighters can harness their spiritual energy to connect to the Cosmos to land punches and kicks that is faster than the speed of light. Without his psychic abilities to teleport and evade, he's much slower and weaker, but from his view, his opponents, honorable as they are, they move too slowly.
So, just like that, when his opponent tries to land a punch, Mu easily evade and step aside.
Calmly, "You're too slow. Try again."
III. Ice Sculpture
Wearing a thick coat and gloves, using the tools to carve and hammer into the block of ice, he sculpts cute style sheep, blocky horses, and small birds into the ice blocks. Each time he finished and completed a piece, clumsy in appearance, the animals come to life in all breeds and sizes, so eventually, he is surrounded by a small herd of sheep, horses, and doves and sparrows surround around him each time he completes a piece.
IV. Wildcard

Matt Murdock | Marvel Netflix | OTA
[ Matt loiters around the pool area to find out about the events and listen to the results of the games in hopes it will give some insight to the local culture. The natives know the rules and how to recognize a good play or performance for every activity, making it a little easier to guess who's a native and who's a fellow oyster based on those who cheer with the crowd each time and who does not.
It's during one of the crowd's loud cheers and applause that Matt steps closer to a quiet fellow oyster to speak in a lowered tone. ]
How long have you been at the hotel? I'm new. Trying to get an idea of what we're dealing with.
Drinks
[ Matt was warned about the teas but he isn't expecting it to be mixed in with the alcohol. He ordered a beer, it's not like his alcohol tolerance is low, fully intending to sip slowly and avoid getting drunk. But the indulgence takes effect and by the time he's halfway through the bottle he has decided to order some shots too. He downs all his drinks quickly and rises from his seat, turning one way and then the other to take in the sounds of his surroundings, humming to himself as he contemplates his next enjoyable activity.
He can hear somebody else is sipping from a glass nearby and he goes to join them, welcome or not, greeting them with a grin. ]
Hey! You can read the menu right? Do they have ice cream and do you want to eat it? Because I do!
Fight [ tw: ableism, potential violence obviously ]
Yes, I'm serious. I'm here for my turn in the ring.
[ Matt is frowning at one of the people running the secret fight ring, trying to speak over the excited crowd watching the current match. Apparently the same way the coaches passed him up for most of the daytime games, this fellow hesitates to let the blind man join the fight. Matt raises a brow. ]
This is a casino. What if I bet you I can beat one of your favorite fighters? I also bet most others here are fine with fighting me!

Sessyoin Kiara | Fate/Grand Order | ota
[Kiara's never been particularly inclined towards athletics before. It was completely out of the question growing up and as she got older...well, none of the events are really her preferred method of physical exertion. But since everyone else is doing it, she'll participate too. She'll take a much needed break after diving. The size changing aspect of it was certainly...interesting. Not entirely unfamiliar for her though shrinking was certainly a new experience. She really can't wait to try again, even though she does have swimming and chess scheduled next.]
[Indulgence – Part 1]
[Games aside, this is what has her attention. There's just so much going on, and it's the perfect opportunity to cut loose. Maybe not as much as she would like to under other circumstances. She's still mostly behave, but with just her clairvoyance skill, how much trouble could she really cause?
The answer is a lot if she really sets her mind to it, but she's planning on toeing the line as much as she can without crossing into the realm of too much or a lot. It's one of the reasons she won't be partaking in that tea, but the main reason is she doesn't entirely feel like she needs it to go around trying everything.
And as far as trying everything, or almost everything goes, she'll start over by the spa.]
...enhanced facilities?
[She'll stand near the entrance, discussing this particular indulgence with a member of the staff. Kiara's being loud enough to overhear while she listens to an explanation of what the new spa treatments entail, though there's one that gets a particular reaction from her, as she blushes and looks away.]
Oils that act as...oh my, there's something like that being offered?
[After a moment, she'll look back, making eye contact with whoever's overheard this and she still looks pretty...let's go with embarrassed. That's definitely it.]
[Indulgence – Part 2]
[The numerous parties and gatherings going on are also of interest to her, but there's so many choices, and while she's sure she could enjoy herself at any of them, some of them seem more appealing than others.
First off is checking out the gossip about that archer and his cooking skills. She's certainly not entertaining the idea of it being anyone she knows, but figures it still might be enjoyable. And sure enough it was. Or at least that seems to be the case, judging from the delighted expression she's wearing after sampling the food. It's not her usual method of indulging but she's still having a good time (and probably a better time than she would've had if the host had been someone she knew.).
She'll also be incredibly interested in the croquet player's party. She's certainly interested in seeing what passes for wild around here. She certainly has her own ideas about what that would constitute, but she won't fault the party or its host for not matching them. Not everyone's her after all. But trying the tea, that was either a mistake or a blessing in disguise.. While she was avoiding the indulgence one, she figured the one here couldn't hurt, she'd heard what it was, but really like her idea of wild, her idea of feeling ecstasy is a bit...much compared to most. But truth be told, it probably won't change her behavior too much, just exacerbate as she encourages anyone else she's running into to try the drinks, try the tea, try everything. Her behavior and the somewhat wild grin on her face are a bit at odds with her usual demeanor, but that one can probably be chalked up to the tea, right?]
[Indulgence – Part 3]
[By the time the farewell party rolls around, Kiara is tired. Honestly, overindulging was much less exhausting when she was a Servant or a Beast, but it's not like she has any real regrets about how she's spent the last few days. And despite being tired and most likely dealing with the aftereffects of some of those gatherings, she's still mingling with everyone, incredibly curious about a few things. Like how they've spent the last few days, if they're willing to talk about. She's certainly willing to swap stories if that'll help.
Though that's not all she's wondering about, as she would like to know and will ask what happened with those green papers. It's not that she hadn't noticed them, she was just far more interested in everything else going on to bother, but like with her behavior at the croquet player's party, she'll blame the effects of the tea for that one. Still, that's another subject she'll bring up during the farewell party as she figures whatever happened with those paper scraps will come up again. She'd be incredibly surprised if it didn't.]

Wei Wuxian | The Untamed | OTA
For all his mischief, Wei Wuxian is a fiercely competitive sort, and hey, if participating gives the semblance of good behavior, he won't complain for scoring a few points in favor of keeping his husband happy.
A - is for Archery
And how could he refuse an archery competition? Even without his core, he'd bested every clan blindfolded in the past, and he can't resist a chance to show off a little. He can be found doing just that, at the archery range, taking up space and taking shots that are anything but ordinary; the man won't even fire just one arrow at a time, unless he's doing so backward, sideways, or otherwise hindered to make the shot more difficult.
B. Diving
He'd volunteered for diving, on a whim. It might not be his specialty, but he swims like a fish, and he's never struggled with acrobatics, and it's kind of like that, right? He's not entirely sure what the judging rubric will be, but he can be found doing everything from boisterous cannonballs to backflips from the diving board.
C - is for Croquet
His attempts at Croquet are beginner at best. Wei Wuxian still isn't entirely sure how one is supposed to hold the mallet, or what the point of the game actually is, but he doesn't seem to care so much, he's just thwacking the heavy croquet balls around the field. You may want to watch your head.
D. - is for Fight Club?
Maybe it's cheating a little to try the tea marked Angelic Strength before jumping into some underground fighting matches, but he can't find it in him to be too bothered about it. He spends most of his early matches dodging anyway, testing out the limits of this tea's power. Just how strong was an angel anyway? Didn't they fit in the same category as nymphs and faeries and the like?
Either way, he didn't want to accidentally hurt anyone because his power got out of control, he'd had more than enough of that for two lifetimes. So he's cautious at first, at least until he's certain he won't accidentally punch holes through anyone, or throw them through walls.
III. Indulgence
A - Spa Day
He doesn't mean to end up in the spa for more than just a few minutes. But with all the activities going on, he can't help being curious about the offerings. His cracked rib has been a constant bother, but he's shocked to find their healing massage actually works, and he feels better than ever after a single session.
Before he leaves, one of the staff is quick to suggest some hangover cures, and he has to wonder if he's getting a bit of a reputation. Nevermind the knowing looks and whispered conversations about just how much the residents of the hotel feel, before handing him a variety of oils. He and Lan Zhan might stop in every so often for just that, but listening to the staff go on about all the added effects these oils have is enough to make even Wei Wuxian get a bit red in the face. He takes them, all the same, and hurries back to his room.
Feel free to run into him as he tries to smuggle the goods up to his room, or perhaps after, trying to cool off in the pool when he's popped a couple of the bottles open just to see if they work.
B - Party time
Wei Wuxian can't remember the last time he'd heard about so many parties and private celebrations and yes, he absolutely wants to go try the wines, even if he's bored to tears by the poetry, and finds himself much more at home with the croquet party-goers, leaving him to wonder if they all just use the sport as an excuse to meet up and plan out their evenings, because it seems much more exciting than the stuff old game. He has enough sense to at least text his soon-to-be husband with his location, but if he wanders a bit from the party itself after trying one too many homebrewed drinks and teas, it's hardly his fault.

Wu Xie | The Grave Robbers' Chronicles | ota
Admittedly the longer he wanders the place, the more he really starts disliking it. Wu Xie grew up knowing that nothing is perfect, that everything he held as a close and sweet memory was just another facet of his uncles and grandfather's workings towards the destruction of 'it'. It costed him a lot to complete that work, and he expected to live his remaining few months doing what he wished with his friends, but no, this place had to grab him first. The familiar anger of being forced onto a path ate at him but he didn't let it show on his face.
Instead he looked at the games being offered before selecting the ones that he actually had any skill at. So in the first half of month, he was a Black Rook in a chess game, annoying the coach with his insistence of ignoring orders and moving how he felt his should move while gamely either hitting other pieces with his rock crown or teasing those pieces that couldn't reach him. When he is finally taken out - a group of pawns gained up on him as well as his own queen - Wu Xie heads for his next chosen sport.
Although he didn't expect the mallets for croquet to be as unwieldy as they were. He does entering the spirit of the match, but he isn't as blood thirsty as was the normal crowd. In fact, he'd often shoved his mallet into a random watcher's hands before sprinting the moment someone decided he wasn't paying that much attention.
He quickly gets booted from that and so he wanders to the next big thrill - a fight club. He begs off actually fighting himself, but is willing to help out any of the other fighters - mainly by giving them pointers like how that dragon can't actually stand or that troll is easily to crumble dirt.
OMG Look at that! (distraction)
He had found one of the little notes with help of one of the Wei Wuxians but he didn't feel comfortable with actually snagging a code. It just screamed 'look this will probably get you killed' and Wu Xie knew that if he fell for that both Pangzi and Xiao-ge would mock him even more than they do now.
But that also meant that others would be trying their best to unlock the codes, so what should he do but cause as much of a disturbance as he could. Which, given that he had spent a lot of his youth not only in college but also robbing tombs and destroying several thousand years old secret organizations, he had a little talent in being annoying. He just needed to get creative.
Which means that he suddenly is releasing smoke bombs made from basic condiments off the party tables and standing in a very conspicuous manner in the path of anyone that comes near him holding a very powerful flashlight. With all the smoke, said flashlight looks almost like it's a glowing sword.
Depending on who he runs into with said flashlight sword, either he is going to challenge them to a duel or ask them to join him. And when the staff appears, he is definitely going to challenge them before falling into the age old tradition of running away - which means he's going to jump on tables, scatter people and then giggle a lot when he gets caught like he's entirely drunk.
Wildcard
[ ooc; Catch him at playing ring toss using wine glasses and pineapple rings, or help him make a few more smoke bombs. Or even get him going on his favorite subjects like art, antiques or ghost stories. Or just find him in a corner, trying to muffle a really nasty sounding cough and then denying that he is sick at all. Go wild! ]
OMG! Look at that! And watch him be a horrible influence on Leanne
he certainly will try

Leanne | Fire Emblem
Swimming:
It was something that people seemed to be encouraging others to do. To part take in these things called the Queen's Games. It took her a long time to get ready for such a thing but really, this would be the closest to flying for her. She goes to make sure that she was still completely covered so no skin was showing. Compared to the others who were practically naked! They were showing off so much skin!
Giving her wings a few flaps to loosen them up as she tightens down belts to hold her new dress in place. The wrists and ankles were tied down so no skin but her hands and feet, neck and head were showing. When the gun shot to announce the start, she lets out a small squeak but quickly takes a breath and dives under the water. For a Heron, swimming under the water was just as easy to do as flying through the air as Leanne uses her wings to glide under the water with ease.
II: It's Time for a Dis-CRASH-ion:
Leanne had one mission and one alone. To be as much of a distraction as she can be. Seeing various ideas popping up, she decided to mimic them. Mainly, slipping and sliding into not only hotel staff but also various objects. It was painful the more she crashes into and she knew that she will be covered in bruises by the end of the event.
She will slip and crash into whoever was in her way, trying to take attention away from the elevators. She was also using her wings to help guide her better.
[[ooc; Leanne will be suffering an injury during this due to Heron bones not being the strongest of any species. This prompt can be use for any level of injury she faces from the light bruising to whatever major injury she gets. Please let me know what ya'all want to do!]]

COMMANDER SHEPARD ♥ MASS EFFECT
Shepard knew how to play chess. She'd played it before, if not particularly well, but really it was all about the opponent; and her only option, on the Normandy, had been a certified inter-stellar master of the game. So, she did, she knew how to play.
There is no part of the game of Chess that involved trying to take a pawn, and the other pawn having the option of laying the capturing piece out with a sharp right hook.
Shepard had been a mediocre chess player. But she was finding, as she stepped into the final row and was handed a shiny, monochrome crown to top her pawn's ensemble, that whatever was in the past... She was shaping up as a fantastic chess piece. She grinned, crowned herself the second queen, and turned to wink at the spectators. Maybe they would win the war, maybe they wouldn't, but the battle was sure as hell not lost just yet.
ii. look out, it's a Distraction! —wait, where?!
Now, normally Shepard wouldn't do this kind of thing for no reason, but she would absolutely do it. Had done it in the past, mostly to trick people into giving her discounts at overpriced shops, but then... who wouldn't? Well, not Shepard at least. But maybe you find her at the bar, or in the crowd, and want to ask her for a distraction. Maybe she'll say yes.
Maybe you already asked her and...
➼ Shepard is slurring mightily, hanging off of first one waiter and then another. There's a drink in her hand, and she's tossing it back— how is she dry, when so much of what was in the glass is now all over the person next to her? Nevermind, she'll help clean it up, and if that involves putting her arms around the serving-boy's big handsome shoulders, well... sometimes you need to get your balance. Sometimes, you need a new drink! Sometimes you need to overbalance and send the whole tray of drinks shattering to the floor in a million crystalline pieces! Maybe that's enough of a distraction for just about anything to go unnoticed.
➼ Shepard is shopping in the impromptu little market, her own priceless little collection of teas cupped in one hand. That is, until suddenly there's one fewer. Wait, is there? How many did she have originally? Well she seems to think that she had one more. Are you calling her a liar? You're a thief! What is this racket, steal from people and then jack up their prices? You think you can look down on her, just because she's been robbed? Because she isn't as well-off as you are? HEY EVERYBODY, THIS SHOP DISCRIMINATES AGAINST POOR PEOPLE! There, that ought to do it.
➼ You know what makes people twice as uncomfortable? Twice as likely to look in the wrong direction while a friend does something nefarious? Having a third friend to help with the distraction grift. You could be that friend. Are you that friend?
iii. the misty demons of Indulgence
As is her tradition at parties, Shepard makes time to do the rounds. You can find her dipping a toe into nearly every activity. Here she is haunting the buffet, taking a rude morsel to compliment her heavy plates as she goes. Here she is leaning against the bar, watching the concert as light flash, wine in one hand, relaxed and easygoing. Here she is watching the ice sculptures come to life, or betting on the flamingos, or getting her toenails painted withtiny black-red-white stripes, relaxing herbal smoothie in hand. She knows how to indulge, when she has to, or at least to give the illusion of doing so.
"You having as much fun as I am?" she'll ask anyone who approaches her, and invite them to take the place at her elbow, to join in, "Hell of a shore leave."
But for all that she drinks, or seems to drink, she's never quite as drunk as she ought to be. Never really smiling as freely as she might. But never you mind; come join her! Have a shot! Smell this, it'll cure what hangover you've built up. Stay awhile, friend, and let's chat.
iv. Fights will go on as long as they have to
Really, she wasn't quite sure how she'd gotten into this mess. Well, no, that wasn't true; someone had said underground fighting ring, and three more intriguing words had yet to be spoken in her presence. Oh, the hotel was nice, with its soft beds and free booze, and it's weird teas and all the ridiculous indulgences a person could desire, even when it wasn't the supposed theme of the party, but this?
This... this scrum, this chaotic, writhing mass of thrown fists and biting and outpouring of catharsis? Well... It wasn't as if she hadn't egged it on. Was currently egging it on. Alright, maybe it wasn't fair to say that she had no idea how she got here. Shepard is an enthusiastic participant in the current twenty-way brawl, to the point where she's pleased as anything to tackle someone off another oyster who's gotten themselves temporarily in over their head. She punches the guy once, twice, again, pauses for breath, and then hits him with a few more for good measure...
... and then lurches back to her feet and falls in alongside her new friend. The hotel was a fine thing, but this, now... This was what was real.
"Up on your feet, now! I got your back," She has blood on her shirt, a split lip, and is grinning with the open innocence of a child's delight, "You alright?"
